During your first showroom visit, we use professional planning software to input precise dimensions and specifications. This allows us to provide you with an accurate project cost and a full 3D design at the initial consultation.

Yes, we offer professional on-site measurements for a nominal fee.

If you proceed with the project, this fee will be fully credited toward your final invoice.

A site visit is a professional design consultation, not a simple measurement.

It includes on-site evaluation, detailed measurements, layout verification, and materials and technical planning specific to your project.

For this reason, site visits are offered as part of our detailed design stage and are covered by a booking fee that is fully credited toward your project upon order confirmation.

Design drawings are professional work created specifically for your project and remain the intellectual property of Appliance Haus. If drawings are required for independent use, they may be released under a separate paid design agreement.

From contract signing to delivery, the typical timeline is 14–18 weeks.

Your kitchen is custom-manufactured in Germany and then delivered to Canada.

No problem. We understand construction delays and unforeseen circumstances.

We offer complimentary storage for up to three months. After that, a nominal storage fee applies.

Yes. LEICHT provides a manufacturer’s warranty covering materials and craftsmanship. This includes a 5-year warranty on manufacturing defects and a 1-year warranty on installation.

Yes. In addition to kitchens, we design and manufacture custom cabinetry, living spaces, wardrobes, pantries, storage systems, and integrated furniture solutions — all in the same architectural style and material quality.
